Led a team meeting with people involved in the redesign. (This included editor-in-chief, managing editor, PR chief, myself, and design director.) Reviewed the current site and assessed what we liked and disliked. Brainstormed aspects that should be included in the new site. Revised current mission statement and drafted a completed sentence.

Sent out drafted mission statement to the executive board. Waiting for final edits.
December 5, 2017
Reviewed pros/cons list of current website and made an organized document that included new site requests. Browsed new Wordpress themes and compiled a list of three to mock-up.
January 18, 2018
Discussed release date of the website and vision for how we wanted to portray the release. Focusing on sophistication and edginess. Finalized mission statement. Found inspiration for Instagram posts leading up to the release date.
